When can I move in?

If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in anytime during normal access hours.

How much notice needs to be given before I move out?

We require a 30-day notice prior to moving out.

What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?

We require a valid Driver's license.

Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

Storage unit leases are typically rented on a month-to-month basis. However, we do offer discounts for longer rental terms. For a 6-month lease, you will get a half-month discount, and we offer 1 month free for a 12-month lease.

**You must pay the full amount in advance to receive the discount.

How do I make a payment?

You can make a payment online by using the "My Account" button on the top right of our website. We accept payments over the phone, and in person during normal business hours.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Are there any restrictions on what I can store?

To protect your items from rodents and insects, do not store perishable food, pet food, or anything that can spoil and that will attract any unwanted pests. Do not store kitchen appliances that have not been cleaned.

Storage units can get very hot in the summer and really cold in the winter. Items that are volatile, flammable, combustible, explosive, or poisonous, such as paint, batteries, tires, asbestos, chemicals, corrosives, and pollutants, are prohibited from being stored in storage units.

How do I know how much storage space I will need?

You can use our Storage Unit Size Guide tool on our website or call our team for assistance.
